Rural AIDS Development Action Research Programme (RADAR) is one of the key stakeholders in the Bushbuckridge municipality working to protect the health of our community and prevent the spread of HIV/AIDS.
We do so via clinical and social intervention research on HIV/AIDS, peer education and outreach, and programs assisting the most vulnerable members of our community.
Recognizing the importance of alliances, we work in close coalition with local and district government, churches and religious organizations, other non-profits, health officials, traditional healers, educators, and home-based caretakers in order to promote health initiatives that involve the entire community.
